Pumps and Valves Repairs

Also known as vertical pumps or line shaft pumps, are centrifugal pumps commonly used to transport water from deep underground pits or wells. They consist of a motor, discharge head, one or more pipe columns, line shaft, pump shaft, multiple bowls, impellers, and a suction bell.

Vertical Turbine Pump

A vacuum pump's main function is to change the pressure in a contained space to create a full or partial vacuum either mechanically or chemically. Pressure will always try to equalize across connected regions as gas molecules flow from high to low to fill the entire area of that volume.

Vaccum Pump Valves

Fluid enters the rapidly rotating impeller along its axis and is cast out by centrifugal force along its circumference through the impeller's vane tips. The action of the impeller increases the fluid's velocity and pressure and also directs it towards the pump outlet.

Juice Pump

A split casing pump is a type of pump whereby the casing is split either perpendicular or radially across the shaft to allow easy access to internal pump parts for maintenance. The term is widely used to refer to a double suction pump / pipeline pump where an impeller which is designed for producing high volume flows.

Coupling

Coupling is a component used to connect a drive shaft and a driven part, for example, a motor shaft and a ball screw for the purpose of transmitting the torque.

Shaft Sleeves

Shaft sleeves are cylindrical metal tubes designed to protect pump shafts from erosion, corrosion, and wear at critical points, such as at the stuffing box.

Gears are used to control the speed & torque of power sources and are essential to societal progress. It converts and transmits torque from motors & engines.

The motor flange adapter is responsible for to connect pipes with each other, to valves, to fittings, and to specialty items such as strainers and pressure vessels.

Nipple

A lubrication nipple is a small connector fitted to a wheel bearing via a screw thread. It is used to feed the required lubricant into the bearing so that the device or machine keeps running smoothly.

Under normal operating conditions allow large momentary overloads, are able to handle lubricant problems & if misalignment occurs, are able to conform & compensate.

Nuts, bolts & Washer grab screw
